Tajikistan has detained nine people suspected of having links to a mass shooting at a Russian concert hall and to ISIS-K. Four Tajik citizens were arrested, along with seven other suspects. The detainees are now in the capital, Dushanbe. Tajikistan has also rounded up the families of the suspects for questioning by Russian investigators. The attack, claimed by ISIS-K, resulted in the deaths of at least 143 people. This event took place on 03/29/2024 at the following location: Dushanbe, Tajikistan.
